Still More Pumpkins. I know, I know!

We carved some pumpkins
They turned out great
Then some jerky-jerkface teenagers smashed them in the middle of the road
And threw a pick axe on the front lawn
Creepy
Happy Halloween!

 Fall Fairy
(I suddenly decided at 10 o'clock at night the day before the party that I needed to make Evie some Fairy wings. And magically I had some sweet felt left over from the mushrooms Meghan Finney and I made for Fox's first birthday!)
Oh, I'm sorry, what? Yes, we are that cool.
 Princess Tiana
(duh. How is it important that she has never seen the movie and actually doesn't even know what it is about?)
 Man
Thank you Cassidy Family for inviting us to your halloween party!

More October

"Cy-cl-cl!"

That's what Fox calls them. We went to the Vespa dealership. The children were adorable.

Pumpkin Patches.

I don't even care. Well, I do sort of care, but I am trying not to. Everyday I tell myself she is most likely your very last baby, so cherish the fact that she loves you so much and screams without fail every time you put her down. And I really do. I don't get anything else done, but I do get to snuggle and kiss and listen to the sweet little words of my baby all day long. So that is why I am posting about pumpkins in December.

Those of you who have spent anytime with toddlers know this story.

It took Fox sooo long to get up these stairs, but he did it with sister's help.

and then he didn't like it so much.
It took us awhile to get this picture because
Trey mostly just wanted to throw the pumpkins.

October 1st. (Warning: this post is full of whining and complaining.)

It has been summer since we moved here in April. This makes me...angry. Now the days start out nice and cool, like I can wear pants and not feel like I am going to die from heat exhaustion, but still by lunch time it is one million degrees and I have to go change. So when my grandma told it was going to be IN THE TRIPLE DIGITS on October 1st, I was ready to give up and stay in my room until December, but instead I put swim suits on the kids, set up the sprinkler, turned on some summery Jack Johnson and had a reasonably good attitude.
